I am an ADHD multi-passionate creative and Integrative Habit Coach. My approach combines elements of parts work, hypnosis, somatic and embodiment practices, and mindset work to instigate changes that align with your mind and nervous system.

Quick Change Package
If you're struggling with a behavioural or cognitive habit, this package is perfect for you. The package includes 3 sessions and includes a complimentary refresh session, if it is ever needed.
2-3 sessions to shift and neutralize a single issue $210 CAD (plus a complimentary refresh, if it is ever needed).
Mentorship
Longer term support and coaching for exploration of limiting beliefs, social conditioning and/or habitual patterns that no longer serve you.
Themes covered may include growing self-confidence, uncovering creativity, working with your inner critic, overcoming overwhelm, or developing self agency.
$195 CAD Per Month
Includes 3x60 min Sessions with email and Telegram or Voxer support and client portal access.

Low cost Coaching Sessions Available Most Tuesday
I am aware that financial barriers prevent many people who would benefit from coaching from accessing it. In a small attempt to make coaching more available for all who would like to avail themselves of it, I am offering low cost coaching sessions most Tuesday from 10-1:30 PST. Email subscribers will have first access to these spots. These sessions are intended for anyone who desires coaching but experiences cost as a barrier.

Weekly Body Doubling Sessions (Coming Soon):
Most Mondays from 10-11
These co-working sessions are particularly for my neurospicy friends but also for anyone who would enjoy and benefit from body doubling to get stuff done. Bring any pressing items for the week, tasks you've been avoiding, or even take a nap. You can participate with your camera on or off. You can chat in the chatbox or be entirely quiet, however you choose to utilize this hour is up to you.
